Building The Person
We are a community-driven organisation dedicated to developing young people through sport. Our programmes provide a positive and professional environment where players can improve their skills, build confidence, and learn life-long values of teamwork and respect.

Our Programmes

FC Sparks
The FC Sparks programme is our dedicated under-6 pathway, designed for ages 2–5. Focused on fun, movement, and basic sporting activities, Sparks helps young children discover the joy of football in a safe and supportive environment. Through playful sessions that build coordination, balance, and teamwork, every child is encouraged to develop at their own pace. It’s about giving them confidence on and off the pitch and laying the foundations for a lifelong love of the game.

FC Hubs
Our FC Hubs are fun, engaging evening football sessions for players from Year 3 to Year 8. Delivered at top facilities across Cambridgeshire and West Suffolk, these weekly sessions are open to all abilities. Players take part in small-sided games that improve technical skills, build confidence, and nurture social connections — all within our “Play, not Drills” philosophy.

FC Hubs+
FC Hubs+ takes the same inclusive model of our Hubs and adds an extra edge. Designed for players who want to push themselves further, Hubs+ offers a more advanced environment with increased intensity, tailored coaching, and progression opportunities. With smaller group sizes and a stronger development focus, these sessions are perfect for athletes aiming to sharpen their game while still enjoying the positive, community-driven feel of the Collective.

School Clubs
We work directly with local schools to run high-quality after-school football clubs, making it easy and convenient for children to get involved. These sessions bring our philosophy onto the school grounds, ensuring pupils benefit from fun, structured football within their daily routine.
Our Philosophy
Every programme is built on our “Play, not Drills” ethos. We believe young people learn best when they are engaged, challenged, and included. Through small-sided games and creative coaching, we help players grow in skill, confidence, and character — while always keeping the joy of the game at the centre.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if a session is postponed?
We aim to reschedule any postponed sessions due to weather or facility issues where possible and provide alternative training dates later in the season.
What should players wear and bring?
Players should wear sports kit and bring appropriate footwear (astro/turf shoes), shin pads, a non-fizzy drink, and weather-appropriate clothing.
What is your cancellation policy?
For our monthly subscriptions (FC Hubs & School Clubs), we require one full calendar month's notice to cancel, sent in writing. For one-off events like holiday camps, cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period.
What if my child misses a session?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for sessions missed due to personal reasons like illness or holidays. If a session is cancelled by us (e.g., due to extreme weather), we will always aim to reschedule it.
